Nuzi Car Rental – Refund Policy (Online Bookings)

Thank you for choosing Nuzi Car Rental. Please read this refund policy carefully before making an online reservation through our system.

Important

No Refunds

All reservations made online through the Nuzi Car Rental booking system are non-refundable.

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Cancellation by the customer
  • No-show (failure to collect the vehicle)
  • Early return of the vehicle
  • Change of travel plans
  • Personal reasons or flight delays

Booking Confirmation

By completing an online booking, the customer confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood this refund policy
  • Agree that all payments are final and non-refundable

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The rental vehicle is unavailable due to an error caused solely by Nuzi Car Rental

In such cases, Nuzi Car Rental may offer:

  • A replacement vehicle, or
  • A refund at its sole discretion

Applicable Law

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania.
