Eligibility

• ✓ Drivers must be at least 21 years old (unless otherwise stated)
• ✓ A valid driving license is required at vehicle collection
• ✓ International drivers must provide an international driving permit if required

Reservation & Payment

• ✓ Rental fees must be paid in full before vehicle collection unless agreed otherwise
• ✓ A security deposit may be required and will be disclosed during booking/collection
• ✓ Prices may vary by season, vehicle type, rental duration, and optional extras

Cancellations & Refunds

All online bookings are subject to our Refund Policy and are non-refundable.

Vehicle Use

• ✓ The vehicle must be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws
• ✓ Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle
• ✓ Sub-renting, racing, off-road use, or illegal activities are not permitted

Fuel, Fines & Tolls

• ✓ The renter is responsible for fuel costs unless otherwise stated
• ✓ The renter is responsible for traffic fines, parking penalties, and tolls during the rental period

Damage & Liability

• ✓ The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition as collected (normal wear excepted)
• ✓ The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or costs not covered by insurance (if applicable)
• ✓ Any incident, theft, or accident must be reported immediately to Nuzi Car Rental and the relevant authorities

Termination

Nuzi Car Rental reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and/or refuse service if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if required for safety or legal reasons.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania.
